Each session includes a mindful warm-up, simple and accessible poses to support balance, strength, and flexibility, and a relaxing cool-down with a restful savasana. You will be able to take the skills learned at class and create endless projects at home using the same loom. We will be using a knitting loom in class. Piano LessonsCreative ExplorationMusicians from Kindergarten through adulthood are invited to grow their skills through individualized piano instruction. Lessons are tailored to each student’s experience, interests, and personal goals—whether they are a beginner, casual learner, hobbyist, looking to strengthen skills that support other musical interests, or interested in pursuing music more formally. Students will work on healthy piano technique, music reading, effective practice habits, and overall musicianship. Music theory and history may also be incorporated based on each student’s level and interests. With one-on-one instruction, students can learn at their own pace while building confidence and a lifelong appreciation for music. Schedule: Lessons are scheduled individually on weekday afternoons and evenings. 30-minute lessons are most common, with longer lessons available based on interest and skill level.
