Philippine Combatives + HEMA ( Adults, 14+)

Learn the art of the sword! Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) is the art of combat prior to the invention of firearms. Kali is a weapons based martial art from the Philippines that uses knives swords and empty hands. Our adults only classes combine these traditions and Japanese influences to give students an amazing understanding of bladed combat. Its also amazing for self defense! Each class gives a great workout that challenges the body and the mind.
